Lifeline prides itself to provide quality and innovative products with a high level of service in support of the needs of our society.
With the achievement of the prestigious ISO9001 Award in 1997, Lifeline has a team of dedicated staff to ensure top quality products and services are delivered in every aspect of our business. Lifeline is proud to be the first medical company in Singapore to be awarded Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices in Singapore (GDPMDS) certification in October 2008.
Making its mark in the region, Lifeline expanded to Malaysia in 1993. Our HQ and warehouse is in Kuala Lumpur with branch and retail showrooms in Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Malacca and Sabah in East Malaysia. Our secondary warehouse is in Gelang Patah, Johor. In 2018, the Lifeline family expanded into Australia with Lifeline Corporation Pty Ltd (Perth, WA).
In Singapore, Lifeline operates four retail showrooms in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Renci Community Hospital, Singapore General Hospital and at Lifeline HQ showroom @ 14 Little Road.
To manage an efficient supply chain, we maintain our own fleet of vehicles and warehouses, to manage the delivery of our products in Singapore and Malaysia. This makes for efficient handling and on time delivery of orders. This is also made possible by the timely information provided by our central SAP system implemented in both Singapore and Malaysia.
On our supplier end, we have a broad pool of vendors from numerous countries to ensure we have best of breed solutions brought into the market place. We routinely do factory visits to ensure quality and product feedback. Lifeline’s innovative spirit is embodied in our active participation in product development / R&D to provide market requirement inputs for the next generation of products developed. Safety and quality are critical for us to ensure we pass the high standards expected of us from our key customers like the Singapore Government (Agency for Integrated Care).
Giving back to society is at the heart of the Lifeline ethos, as we continue to support the industry to help those in need to “Live a Fuller Life!”
